Monthly Tuition Q & A

  • Facility Guidelines
    ✈️Only students who are participating in class are allowed beyond the spectator areas. ✈️ Parents and other observers must remain in the spectator areas. As a courtesy to the teachers, please do not talk to or distract students during their class. ✈️ Parents/guardians who bring small children with them are responsible for seeing that they remain in the spectator areas with their parent/guardian. AGC cannot be responsible for accidents or injuries to unattended children. Please keep your children from climbing on the chairs, tables, benches, and fence. ✈️ Please avoid eating snacks during class and bring a water bottle. No gum allowed. ✈️ If your child is feeling ill or has been exposed to someone with Covid-19, please do not attend class. AGC will refund your class tuition or issue a credit for a missed class due to illness or covid exposure.
  • Dress Code
    In order to keep your gymnast safe, please adhere to the following guidelines: ✈️ Boys: Wear elastic waist shorts or sweats and a snug T-shirt. ✈️ Girls: A leotard is the preferred attire. Elastic waist shorts or leggings and a snug T-shirt may also be worn. ✈️ No jewelry of any kind is to be worn during workout. ✈️ Gymnasts must arrive wearing shoes and must practice with clean bare feet. ✈️ Long hair should be placed in a low ponytail to minimize distraction and maximize safety.
  • Student Conduct
    ✈️ Students must always keep their hands to themselves. ✈️ Students should arrive prior to the actual start of class and check in at the front desk. ✈️ Students should speak to their fellow classmates, teachers, and AGC staff in a kind and respectful way. ✈️ Student having problems or difficulties should tell the teacher right away. If a child is unable to follow directions and the safety procedures during class, the parent/guardian will need to assist their child in class until he/she is able to participate independently. ✈️ Students should tell the teacher when they need to use the bathroom, especially when potty training.
  • Tuition Policy
    Tuition will be billed on the 1st of each month. All tuition is fully refundable within the first month of classes if dissatisfied or not a good fit. There are no account holds/breaks/pauses, only discontinue of classes. AGC does not offer any trial classes. AGC offers a 10% sibling discount for all classes and camps. Additional classes will also receive a 10% discount.
  • Arrival and Pickup
    Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Use a parking space and walk your child to and from class. Please do not park in the red zone and obey all posted signs. Please do not double park. Parent/guardian must be present in the gym for students ages 5 and under.
  • Student Teacher Ratio
    All classes for students ages 3-6 year old is a 6:1 Ratio. All classes for students ages 7+ year old is a 7:1 ratio.
  • Makeup Policy
    If your child misses a class, a makeup token will be issued on your account. Makeup tokens never expire, non-refundable, and have no monetary value. To schedule a makeup, log on to the parent portal or call the office up to two weeks in advance. If a makeup class is missed, the makeup token will not be refunded. Please call to cancel your makeup prior to the start of class.
  • Waitlists
    When classes are full, you can add your student to a waitlist through the parent portal. There are no charges to be placed on a waitlist. Once a spot has opened, you will be notified by either email, text or phone call. Parents/guardians have 24 hours to respond to the open class notification before we move on to the next student.
