AGC is determined to provide quality training in a fun, exciting, and positive environment for all ages and abilities. We believe that through our relationships with our students, we can help to develop character, confidence, and quality gymnastics skills. 

AGC is proud to offer gymnastics classes, competitive gymnastics teams, day camps, parties, dance, cheerleading, and ninja classes in the South Bay.

To ensure all participants feel safe, welcomed and comfortable in all areas of participation. To give instructions geared to each individual gymnast to allow them to grow at their own specific pace; not to rush or push for skills but ensure safety and proper technique are utilized in every class and session.
